Annabel has been training for over 40 years and gained her Black Belt at the age of fifteen, she started to compete when she gained her yellow tag (3 Months in to her training) Things were very different when she was a junior, the boys and girls were in the same division, so this really gave her a kick start to competitions.
Annabel has been teaching Tae Kwon-Do for many years and to date has got many of her students to Gold Medal standard in patterns and sparring. She also referees at most major tournaments all over Great Britain & Europe The highlight 0f 2002 was to gain a Bronze Samurai Award presented by Grand Master David Oliver 9th Degree, for her outstanding achievements and dedication for 2002. Along with her husband Dale a 5th Degree Black Belt, they run one of the Largest Martial Art Schools in the area, not only teaching six nights a week, and refereeing at weekends, they teach self-defence in secondary schools during the day. In 2014 Annabel was recognised by the BTC & TAGB as World Master. T.A.G.B Tae Kwon Do International
